Vendor Agreement
By signing your name and paying your yearly or daily fee, you agree to comply with the
Sparta Farmers Market Guidelines and Responsibilities as stated in this packet. A failure
to adhere to these guidelines and responsibilities will result in a documented verbal
reminder. If the issue arises again, a first and final written warning will be issued, and the
Sparta Farmers Market Association Board and Market Coordinator have the right to ask
you to leave the Market premises for not complying.

Please offer what talents or abilities you would like to share with the Sparta Farmers
Market. Below are a few examples. Offer any ideas that are not listed that you could do.

Responsibilities which could be shared or could rotate through the season:
Finding performances/activities for the stage area or smaller venues for Creekside. Contact
performers for a Saturday stage and greet and assist, if needed, at the market.
Be the Market Organizer for one or more Saturday(s); placing daily vendors, collecting
fees from vendors, answer vendor and customer questions, etc.
Maintaining premise at start of market day such as opening awnings, sweeping debris,
picking up litter, etc.
